Memotxt is an add-on for VIP which allows you to send text messages to your patients/clients via your keyboard.
This feature is only available if you have access to the internet, and can be either using broadband or a dial up modem connection.
Memotxt is a great way to remind clients/patients of appointments and or overdue accounts. You can set it up to send a birthday greeting if you desire.
Sending of text messages to any mobile phone in NZ, Australia, and almost all GMS networks in the world
Allows editing of message to fit maximum length before sending
Sending of text messages to multiple recipients of one or more page owners
– but all recipients must have been ‘opt-ed IN’ to receive messages
And charging will occur for each recipient
Allows delayed sending of messages
– date and time of sending can be specified
– can elect to send reminder a set number of minutes prior to appointment
Allows note to be in appointment book that reminder was sent
Allows receipt of reply text messages, as emails, to a chosen email address
Allows default auto-text entries e.g. for sending appointment reminders and for sending appointment delays notifications
Memotxt has its own menu item listing and its own toolbar icon
Can be used in conjunction with reporting
– e.g. Aged Debtors to facilitate debt collection/reminder for over due amounts
